Introvert, only child, third-culture military kid: in a life full of constant change, my books, comics, movies, and shows helped me feel a bit less lonely throughout it all. Seven years of art school later, I came out the other side armed with my thesis on visual storytelling and narrative art. Now I'm here, telling stories full-time -- and I wouldn't have it any other way.

Stories are incredibly important to me; they chronicle the universal human experience, telling us that we are not alone. And to the little girl who always wondered what the future held, the stories I read shaped me so much more than any of their authors will ever truly know.
